Tariffs effective from 4th January 2012

• Standard rate applies to each night during the low season period. Which is from the 1st November to 1st March excluding school and public holidays(low season).
•  Additional charge - Linen change $5.50 per berth per extra change if requested.
• Washing machine hire 6kg load $3.00 available after 1300hrs daily
• Cleaning charge – back charge cleaning fee $45.00
• Fold away bed hire - $15.00 per night for extra persons in a cottage (when available)

**High Season Bookings rates - 2nd March to 31st October including school and public holidays.

Our classic Shark Bay Cottages are typically self-equipped with stove, microwave, bathroom and lounge, television, DVD player. We also have a BBQ areas and ample parking. Linen is included in the Tariff . Please reading the Liability Limitations and our Code of Conduct policy so everyone has an enjoyable stay.

Group bookings – We will offer a quotation valid for 30days for large group booking of 4 or more cottages.

DEPOSITS & OTHER PAYMENTS

Accommodation costs are for room only and do not include transfer or breakfast cost unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of GST. Prices for accommodation  and charter boat packages may alter from the prices advertised. Contact us for further details.

Payment Terms

High Season bookings

• A 50% deposit is due within 7 days if receiving written confirmation from Shark Bay Cottages with full payment made 7 days before arrival is required to secure the booking..
• Please note that any booking made for school holiday periods, we require full payment 14 days before the arrival date.

 Low season bookings

• A 25% deposit payment is due within 3 days of receiving written confirmation from Shark Bay Cottages.
• The balance of accommodation charge is payable on arrival.

Payments made using Credit Cards

• The only credit cards we accept is Master Card and Visa. Please note a 1.5% surcharge applies to Master Card and Visa transactions.

Cancellation Policy

There is no refund for early departure. Full Refund except a $48 admin fee, if cancelled less than 31 days before arrival date. No Refund if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date.
